FTO Sumatra Mandheling- Tompkin's family favorite

Cupping Notes: A medium bodied cup with bright acidity and the typical "clay" earthiness that marks the region. Complexity is refined with notes of orchid and orange and barest grapefruit. Pleasingly light in the mouth but not insubstantial, with very light aftertaste. It's full-bodied but not heavy, and makes a really great cup of coffee.

We were informed that this is the favorite bean of the Tomkins' family, one of our fearless founding members.
