Sweet, a little fruity, with caramel and cocoa flavors with a smooth, low acid finish. This is a delicious bean for every day drinking. Nicaragua coffee is a great bean to add to your rotation, we've really been enjoying drinking it on the darker side. It's a little more fruity and floral than that we typically enjoy, but we are sure that if you try it, you'll like it too!
