Cupping Notes: Very clean, good acid, sweet notes of orange-citrus, slight hints of brown sugar and cocoa.

You really can't go wrong with Mexican coffee. It's delicious, full bodied, and rich, with a sweetness at the end. It's great as a medium roast, and the favorite of two of our founders, the Wise family and the Gregrow family.
